Did Marty Soderborg lie under oath to get a father and son arrested?
Chapter 2 – Is Marty Soderborg under investigation for filing a false police report and PERJURY?
After filing a police report against Marty Soderborg I decided to record my interactions with the school district and the district Attourney because it seemed like I was in the middle of a corrupt situation.
The first audio recording is Dylan Frehner admitting that I did not do anything illegal and there was no basis for the charges against me.
During that clip I realize that he is representing the person he is supposed to be investigating. This in my opinion is clear corruption using his power as district attorney to protect his friend and ignore my police report and evidence of the crimes Marty committed.
In this next clip I prove that what Marty said was a lie. Dylan Frehner is saying that the charging document is not done under oath, but fails to mention that the police report Marty filed is done under oath. I didn’t get that because Dylan Frehner kept that from me in what seems to be a clear Brady Violation. Another example of corruption in my opinion.
In this next clip Dylan Frehner admits that he not investigating my police report.
In my opinion Dylan Frehner has refused to look at my evidence and charge his friend with the obvious crimes he is committing. I guess it pays to be friends with the district Attorney.
In the next clip I point out the obvious conflict of interest to Dylan Frehner and he admits he is not investigating these crimes and is only acting as his defense Attourney.
Notice how he won’t answer my questions. If you file a police report against someone and provide evidence, is this how you want the district Attourney to act?
In my opinion this is clear evidence of corruption from the Lincoln County, NV District Attourney Dylan Frehner. I will continue to investigate and look for options to stop him from doing this to other people in our community.
