Alamo breakaway roping jackpot — October 23
The AHSRC jackpot advertises Friday evening signups, two-head-average roping and a Halloween costume contest.
A breakaway roping jackpot is advertised for Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Alamo Fairgrounds during the Nevada high-school rodeo weekend. The official flyer lists signups at 5 p.m. and roping at 6 p.m.
The entry price is $50 per run. The advertised format is a two-head average, progressive after one, with entrants allowed to enter up. A Halloween costume contest is also listed.
This is a separate jackpot within the Alamo weekend, not a statement of fees for the main high-school or junior-high rodeo. The flyer does not provide an ending time, detailed entry eligibility or spectator admission price. Check the official Alamo rodeo page and jackpot flyer before traveling.
