November 5 update: Items 10 and 11 of the county’s October 5, 2026 draft minutes record the public hearing and a unanimous vote to approve the industrial planned unit development ordinance between Lincoln County and Estuary Development Partners LLC for the Coyote Energy Project within the Coyote Springs PUD. Lisa Poulsen moved approval and Mike Reese seconded.
The retrieved document remains marked DRAFT. This updates the earlier hearing-only notice; it does not establish that every required permit has been issued, that financing is secured, or that construction or operation has begun. The earlier proposal’s capacity description is not a report of installed generation.
Alamo Sports Complex: historical report with a source gap
The earlier September reporting described a notice of award and a construction agreement with Pearson Brothers Construction under grant L25AC00126. The September 21 source URL now returns 404, so the agreement details could not be freshly verified in this review. Preserve that limitation rather than treating the old summary as a new construction update.
