Lincoln County’s next property-tax installment is due Monday, October 5, 2026. The Treasurer lists October 15 as the last day to pay that installment without penalty.
The first installment was due August 17, with its penalty-free window ending August 27. The remaining dates are January 4, 2027 (January 14 without penalty) and March 1, 2027 (March 11 without penalty). These are installments, not quarterly payments.
