First Lincoln County property-tax installment is due August 17

Lincoln County's first real-property-tax installment for tax year 2026-27 is due Monday, August 17.

The Lincoln County Treasurer's Office lists August 27 as the last day to pay that installment without penalty. The county says tax bills are prepared and mailed before August 1 and may be paid in installments when the taxes on a parcel exceed $100.

The remaining installment dates are October 5, 2026; January 4, 2027; and March 1, 2027. The Treasurer's Office also notes that these are installment dates, not quarterly payments.
