Guardian proposes Tempiute ore for Montana tungsten pilot
A July company filing describes trial processing of legacy material from near Rachel; completed shipments have not been confirmed.
Guardian Metal Resources’ July 8, 2026 SEC filing describes a proposed pilot-processing program using stockpiled legacy ore from its Tempiute tungsten project near Rachel.
The issuer anticipated sending approximately 250–400 tonnes to a partner facility in Philipsburg, Montana. It identified the Montana Mining Association as its partner and said Montana Technological University and the Army Research Laboratory were involved.
October 22 source review: the filing remains available. Its expectation of late-summer shipments was conditional on metallurgical and pilot-scale testing. Re-reading that filing does not confirm shipments, commercial production, a mine restart or a completed government procurement contract.
This article preserves the dated proposal. Subsequent operational and regulatory evidence is needed to establish what has happened since.
