Next Lincoln County planning deadlines: September 29 and October 13
Map applications for the November 12 meeting are due September 29; other listed application types are due October 13. Both cutoffs are 4:30 p.m.
Lincoln County’s 2026 planning schedule lists September 29 at 4:30 p.m. for all map applications intended for the November 12 meeting. Zone changes, variances, special-use permits, master plans, extensions and similar applications for that meeting are due October 13 at 4:30 p.m.
For the December 10 meeting, the listed cutoffs are October 27 for maps and November 10 for the other application types. Applications, payments and required documents must be submitted together. Confirm completeness, forms and agenda eligibility with Planning at 775-962-8071; a deadline is not approval.
The September 8 deadline for other applications intended for October 8 has passed.
Earlier correction retained: a previous version incorrectly paired the August 25 map deadline with September 10. The official table pairs August 25 with October 8; the September 10 map deadline was July 28.
