Nevada trails survey invites local input through November 30
Residents and visitors can share trail needs and ideas for Nevada’s first statewide trails plan.
Lincoln County residents and visitors have an opportunity to describe their trail priorities through Nevada’s new statewide trails survey, open through November 30, 2026.
In an October 14 announcement, Nevada State Parks and the Division of Outdoor Recreation invited comments for the state’s first Statewide Trails Plan. The effort covers hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and off-highway vehicle recreation.
The survey asks about trail use, needed improvements and possible connections. It is a planning exercise, not an announcement that any particular Lincoln County trail project has been funded or approved.
Take the official English-language survey. The agency announcement also links to a Spanish version. Describe the places and access needs you know; the state’s announcement welcomes both residents and visitors.
