Six Lincoln County stockwatering claims appear in September’s state water report
Records V12907–V12912 list stream-source stockwatering in three basins. The entries do not establish a new water allocation or sale.

The general-information pages did not display duty or diversion balances. No quantity is inferred from those blank fields. The September 29 report date is not presented here as the historical priority date of any claimed use.
These are records of claimed vested rights, not newly approved applications or offers to sell water. The database label alone does not establish the legal extent, priority, adjudication history or transferable quantity of a right. A missing certificate is not, by itself, a determination that a vested claim is invalid.
NDWR’s separate statewide notice says claimants of pre-statutory rights must submit proof of water use by December 31, 2027. Consult the underlying claim documents and the State Engineer for decisions about any individual right; this summary is not a title opinion or legal advice.
