Signed Lincoln County Water District minutes now available on the county website confirm that the board approved a banking agreement with Golden Metal Resources LLC at its July 13, 2026 special meeting.
What the board approved
Item 8 identifies water permits 38958, 38959 and 38960 in Penoyer Valley, Basin 170. The minutes record unanimous approval and authorize district general manager Wade Poulsen to sign the agreement.
This provides an outcome for an item that earlier research could confirm only as a proposed agenda action.
What the minutes do not establish
The posted document is meeting minutes, not the executed agreement or an updated State Engineer ownership record. It does not by itself establish a completed transfer, an approved change to mining use, current pumping, a water-only transaction price or water available for sale.
